Monthly Recap: January 2015

02.02.2015

Screenshot 2014-12-31 12.54.26

Wow, I can’t believe that January is already over!  This month absolutely flew by for me, what about you guys?

Books/Movies/T.V./Music:

Books:

The Tales of Beedle and Bard by J.K.Rowling

The Impossible Knife of Memory by Laurie Halse Anderson

The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion

Favorite Read:

the rosie project

T.V.

After binging the newly added Friends on Netflix for about a week and half, I will be the first to admit it, I got burnt out.  Since then, I haven’t really been watching that much T.V. or Netlix, everything has really been boring me! D:

Movies:

I saw Big Eyes and Unbroken in theaters, and they were both absolutely astonishing.  There are plenty of movies that I wanted to see recently, (The Imitation Game comes to mind) but out of the two that I ended up seeing, I was not disappointed.

Music:

Other than jamming over TSwifts not-really-so-new album I’ve been pretty much exclusively listening to Megan Train’s “Lips Are Movin” song or whatever its called, and then listening/watching “Elastic Heart” by Sia.

I will always support goals that include fanfic. Just like you, fanfic has become my alternate netflix.

Also, as for The Imitation Game, I saw it (twice, no regrets) and boy was it beautiful. I think it’s been awhile since I cried in a movie theater, and that movie made me cry like a baby.

I think I can help out with one more goal. I am a blogger. Reach out to me. (that sounded like a command I’m sorry)
